My term as Waterloo Dean of Math runs to June 30, but for personal reasons I must turn to other things a bit sooner. It has been an honour to contribute to Waterloo Mathematics -- so many great people and great things happening!! Continuing as Waterloo Prof of CS as of Jan 21.

Excellent point. Some time ago, when I was connected to Descartes, to achieve a corporate turn around, we had to "fire" certain customers to focus on key objectives. 27% CAGR over the many years since!
