“She was wearing a short skirt so she was asking for it.” “If feminists meet to talk about their rights in Brighton, some men were always going to smash up the windows. The council shouldn’t have allowed feminists to meet in its venue.” A Green MP, ladies and gentlemen.

For these people it was never just about Gaza. They don't want a peaceful two state solution. They want Israel destroyed.

All those expecting big tax cuts under any Reform government (to turbcharge the economy) are going to be disappointed. We've seen what happening in Reform councils with 'easy spending cuts' (they don't exist).

An illustration of a fundamental philosophy of the Greens; replacement of free market with centralised state planning. Anyone who's studied history knows where it leads. May arguably --> reduced rent; you just won't be able to find anywhere to rent (& choice will be much worse).

I'm enjoying #RiotWomen but pretty much every single male character is either weak, a creep or abusive. And behind every problem of the women is some bloke. Starting to get a bit one dimensional...

Despite the polls, in the end it turned into an easy win for PC. This illustrates a wider problem for Reform. They are like marmite so in each seat the anti Reform vote may well coalesce in to the party most likely to beat them.

The strategy as I've heard it is that a paper candidate runs as Republican candidate, nominates Trump as their VP, wins, then resigns, leaving Trump as 'acting' President for the remainder of the term. Against spirit of the constitution but would the Supreme Court overturn it?
