In 2009, I started a community support group for survivors of #CSA called Voices For All. I've worked with more than 500 survivors. I listened to their stories, offering guidance and encouragement where I could. Today was the final day of the group. #grateful #PTSD #Sicknotweak

We gave the #TraumaInformed Educators presentation to 150 of the county's leaders, including police officers, and it was a huge success! I helped them to understand survivors of trauma and Ben told them the Why. We expect 200+ next time. #Endthestigma #KeeptalkingMH #Sicknotweak

It's finally over! Yay! Something went wrong in my sinuses and I smelled cigarette smoke for three months. I don't smoke. I don't know anyone who smokes. All I could smell was cig smoke. But now it's over! My sniffer is fixed! #thankful #grateful #veryhappy #goodsmells #happynose
