It’s gonna be weird watching the Super Bowl as a fan this year after playing in 3 out of the last 4 of them. At least as a fan there’s way less pain and way more nachos lol

The first day of training camp is the # 1 happiest day of the year for retired NFL players. I am so happy to not be doing that right now!!

Man it’s been fun to root for the Eagles this year! It’s so hard to win 6 games in a row in the NFL. This team is for real. Go Birds!!

I felt blessed to be chosen as honorary captain for the Eagles game today!! It was great to be back at the Linc to watch the Eagles win. 7-0, keep it rolling boys!!

Guess what world… I’m a Dad!!! My amazingly strong wife Hilary and I welcomed our first child this morning, a boy, Leo Ford Wisniewski, named after my dad. We are so grateful to God for this precious gift !!!

We brought this guy home on a Penn State football home gameday from a hospital 500 yards from Beaver stadium where his dad, grandpa, and great uncle played. That’s gotta be a good sign for the kid’s life !! #WeAre
