As govt considers this move, it should keep in mind that State of Aadhaar found that 7m adults outside the North East don’t have Aadhaar. Election Commission of India should weight this risk against the perceived magnitude of ‘fake voting. Cost-benefit analysis would help livemint.com/news/india/ec-…
