Officially starting the GDD for "Ultra Galaxia Massacre" which is I guess the name for now since I need a placeholder so many headings to get done...

Inspirations

Finished the GDD and making a start on a shark tank type thing to pitch the game :]

Changed the game name from "Ultra Galaxia Massacre" to "Machina"

almost finished the script/presentation for the shark tank thing wont post the actual pitch without permission since it will be me and other students so ill protect their privacy

presentation went well, so its prototype time! i've started to get some movement code down and some basic enemy follow player code too. im gonna be very busy in the coming months/year

coding is fun movement code is all done for now and i've kind of finished the code for one of the weapons :]

im pretty bad at posting on it but, i have a game design account ( StartPoint ), since i'm making a game for college. I kind of post updates sometimes. so if you wanna check it out go follow it :3, although I do repost stuff on this account sometimes too so 🤷

i also got the melee code working so so far I've done the movement (player and enemy), the melee and pistol code, the health + damage code, enemy spawn code, and the XP code!

oh yeah its the summer holidays now so since this project is a college thing i'm going to take a break and work on some smaller projects, so i'll be back in a few months with updates every now and then i guess
