Controversial Sheffield bus gate caught a staggering 1,026 motorists in just a month. Is it helping the environment or damaging the city centre? Discuss.

Would £3 to park put you off Meadowhall (assuming you would happily step foot in the place)? Or would you be happy in the thought your hard earned was going to help boost the city centre?

More woe for the motorist, more cash in the council coffers. But is our air cleaner and will we be healthier in the long run?

Sheffield's now famous Chelsea Road elm tree is on the shortlist for the Woodland Trust Tree of the Year 2023 competition. We saved this tree from needless felling by the foolish Sheffield Council back in 2018. Vote for it here: woodlandtrust.org.uk/trees-woods-an…

Of course Sheffield (ok, she's actually from Killamarsh but was with the Blades) played its part in the Lionesses' historic World Cup win. Well done to their marvellous captain and leader Millie Bright.

Imagine how much the council could make if they extended the zone to include outlying areas!? The Clean Air Zone is a divisive issue...but surely it is improving our air quality.

Dog attacks seem to come in spurts once they're in the news. Dramatic pictures of the latest horror attack in Sheffield on the front of tomorrow's Star. Who's to blame? Owners or dogs?

The wonderful Pete McKee is backing our city centre to 'open its wings once more' and not be 'a poor copy of our neighbours up the M1 and over the Snake'. He's putting his money where his mouth is - moving his shop to the city centre. Will our city centre to be great again?

When I was a kid I'd run home from school at dinnertime to watch England on the telly playing in a Test. I'd have run a lot faster if I'd had this guy to watch instead of Geoff Boycott. Star pays tribute to our Joe tomorrow.

If you've caught a train to or from Sheffield station at the weekend this will be a familiar sight. It's really time this chaos was sorted out.
