On my day off today, I was able to take a free yoga class at one of the local studios in Roanoke, thanks to VTC Emergency Medicine Residency gifting the residents the option of either a 4 class yoga pass OR a free massage at Massage Envy during Resident appreciation week this past year! #Wellness
