While we always suggest starting a business your passionate about that’s not always realistic. Sometimes you must build a business that is a need(financial services, detailing, plumber, electrician, etc). These businesses hold up over time and will be always in demand.

When talking to customers or someone you’d like to get something done with use “yes ma’am”, “yes sir”, “no sir”, “no ma’am”. This shows a big level of respect towards the person you’re talking to. It sets you apart from other’s especially if you are young.
