This is coaching. Relational coaching that focuses on people. Communication is at the heart of it. Talk to people, like adults (in this context), not like you ‘own the team’ or them. It’s about everyone, not the leader. And similar principles for me apply at all levels.

As much as I can challenge someone like Arsene, in this instance I think he is wrong. Foundations of mental strength start in his ‘be foundation’ as does physical ability. Putting development in boxes like this is simply incorrect and cannot be chunked up in this way.
