In Science, Class 4 have been investigating if the gas Carbon Dioxide weighs anything in fizzy drinks.

In Music, Class 4 have been learning glockenspiel part 4 of the song “The Hoedown”.

We have had a brilliant first half term in 2byTwo. We have all settled well and we are building positive relationships with the adults and each other. We have shown curiosity in our environment and developed in all areas of our learning.

For our last PE lesson of this term, Class 5a enjoyed doing Drumba 🌟

In PSHE, Class 6a had to think of a resolution to the friendship problems we discussed. They acted them out. 🌟

Pumpkin carving in Pre School. The children had lots of fun finding out what is inside a pumpkin. We learnt some new describing words like stringy, sticky, gooey, slimy and smelly.

We are incredibly proud of Class 6 for raising an impressive £192.75 at Wednesday’s bake sale! All proceeds will be donated to East Lancashire Hospice, supporting the wonderful work they do within our community. 💛 Thank you ⭐️

Our fireworks display is on Sunday from 5:15pm. Food will be on sale, with drinks, crisps and sweets. All the stalls will be outside and the professional display will go off at 6:30pm. PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANY FIREWORKS OR SPARKLERS ONTO THE SCHOOL GROUNDS.
