Year 3 loved their team building day last week. The girls worked together to create a boat for explorer Ed Stafford to travel down the Amazon River!

Students were asked to produce a design for our new STAHS beehive. Last week Yr 10 Art Scholars painted it with the winning designs: ⭐️Alice (Yr 1) ⭐️Leilah (Yr 5) ⭐️Elodie (Yr 7) ⭐️Karin (Yr 8). Congrats to our Prep winners who will receive a pot of honey next summer! 🍯🐝

It was wonderful to welcome Sam Sedgman back to Prep today to talk about measuring time and how to create a mystery. The girls also loved hearing about the secrets of Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament!

Last week we held our Kindness Week at Prep. The girls shared positive supportive messages on paper chains used to decorate the dining room, and enjoyed a special themed lunch and wore their own clothes on Friday to support NSPCC October Kindness Challenge.

Congratulations to our U11 football team who competed at the inaugural IAPS Sport National Girls' Football Championship on Friday. After winning the semi-final on penalties the girls went on to take second place overall. A huge well done to all involved⚽ STAHS PE & SPORT
