Experts with lived experience (aka patients) should be on every panel discussing “practice changing” new drugs, at every meeting, worldwide.

It is long past the time when people should be excluded from trials due to brain mets. Did you know that brain metastasis is more common than primary brain tumors?

We need more trials of male breast cancer!

While new ADCs have been a game changer for many, they don’t work for all and despite being touted as “smart bombs” they are pretty darn toxic 🤮 😴 🤢. We need even better, less toxic options that work for more people, options we’ll find thru #Research. Donate to METAvivor

Not all breast cancer starts with a lump. IBC is aggressive and deserves more research.

I was in the blissful land of NED/NEAD for 7 years and would love to get there again. But until then I’ll be happy with stable, because the longer I’m stable the more time #research has to find better treatments!

Today’s debilitating symptom: abdominal pain and vomiting that has sent me to the ER. Is it just a bug? Something cancer related, like a weird blood clot in the superior metric artery? Side effect of meds? Who know but I still “look fine”

In order to know how drugs work in different populations we need a diverse group of people to enroll. We need to make trials more accessible- and they need to be offered early and often to every person with an advanced cancer diagnosis.

We know how uncertain everyone is these days about the economy and personal finances, but anything you can spare will help us continue funding impactful research. #UntilNoOneDiesFromMBC
