A beautifully uplifting Liturgy this morning at @St_Philopateer in #Risca, #Wales, having just recommenced prayers in Wales a week ago; after which I had a wonderful opportunity to pay a quick socially-distanced visit to Fr Philopatir, who was unable to attend. #DiolchYnFawr

None of us is above human vulnerability or brokenness, so they must never become a source of endless self-condemnation, but an opportunity to arise and rebuild. Through them we are also able to recognise, understand, and excuse where we can or must, the brokenness of others.

A joy to be with our Coptic Orthodox Diocese of London St Barbaras Pre-Servants’ Training Programme this evening, listening to a wonderful presentation on the authenticity and impact of the #Resurrection, and then providing a short reflection on sharing the #hope of our Risen Lord with the world.
