Protestors knocked over cordon and moved toward dias where commissioners sit DPS official Tom Congdon stood up to physically block their approach and was joined by troopers, other staff and PSC Chair Rory Christian who said he'd have a conversation but not during the meeting

After the last protest where folks approached commissioners, DPS implemented new security protocols including bag searches, wanding, elevator escort for meeting attendees

Also note that three of the 7 commissioners were on the third floor instead of in the 19th floor meeting room where commission usually meet and the chair and three others joined the meeting
