How can bollards be a preventative measure when you can’t get funding for them unless you’ve already been robbed…?

Empty promises of justice and blatant grandstanding by a Prime Minister after a tragedy has occurred are meaningless when no one listened to the victim, the community, or pleas for something to be done before an innocent member of the public was killed.
