I've added the algebraic multigrid method (amgcl.readthedocs.io/en/latest/) to the `signed-heat-3d` repo (github.com/nzfeng/signed-…), leading to 5x-10x speedups. (Thanks for the suggestion Mark Gillespie & Josua Sassen!) Still many low-hanging fruits for acceleration - stay tuned ...
