Great opportunity for children to pick up practical life skills this summer - because you're never too young to learn how to take care of your own bike.

Disgusting that sewage's been left to flow over pavements into storm drains this week on Kingston Council & Vistry Countryside's shiny new Cambridge Road Estate / Kingston Grove regeneration site, weeks before council tenants move in (a year late). #SustainableSeptember in #Norbiton.

With so much development going on across Kingston, and so many posts from people feeling powerless, this free 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙄𝙛? London Design Festival installation (incl. talks & walks) from about how residents could shape where they live will hopefully appeal. kingstonurbanroom.org.uk (13-20 Sept)

Telling to see tomatoes (whose seeds pass through digestive systems whole) growing from where sewage leaked on the newly developed Cambridge Road Estate. An unusual nature lesson for the kids who'll soon be using the playground by them! 🤢#KingstonGrove #GreenerKingston #Norbiton

Some positive local Norbiton news: the asbestos panels flytipped on Hampden Road many months ago & reported multiple times have finally been cleared! Huge thanks to Norbiton Focus for your help with this (as presumably down to your recent chasing / tracking down the land owners)
