Qantas served dinner on a short flight to Brisbane from Sydney! Dinner roll came with butter room temperature and cutlery was at room temperature easy to use while on both Emirates and Qatar cold cutlery and rolls were cold and hard , butter was rock hard!! Minor things

Some how Emirates mess my pre booked seats and put me in the end from Dubai leg to khi when I directed attention to the crew was non helpful when I brought attention to the purser he took care of it immediately I asked the same crew member for chilled water

He refused and said I can bring water with ice;; little things!!! Qantas ground staff took time off at Sydney airport to help me with covid papers Qatar staff at khi airport took 45 min and kept helping other all economy passengers while I stood their when I asked what’s going on

They said they need to help their other staff members while I am at counter and she kept printing boarding pass for others!!! Little things!! Qatar was my favourite airlines and Emirates was close second but was heavily disappointed in deteriorating standards and service!
