SSFS Lower School faculty & staff are crafting 'beests! The Lower School Social Committee hosted an after school "Craft & Sip" get-together for faculty/staff. While enjoying delicious snacks & cider, they collaborated to create this beautiful wildebeest painting.

With a sweep of its MABL Round 4 opponents (Magruder, Paint Branch, & Einstein high schools), SSFS extended its UNDEFEATED record in the Montgomery Academic Beltway League (MABL) to 12-0-0, bringing its interscholastic academic season record to an impressive 17-3-0 overall!

It's been a busy week for the SSFS Quiz Bowl Team, who qualified for the MABL championships for the 12th time since 2013-2014 after finishing the regular season in 1st place (!!), and then went on to advance to the semifinals on It's Academic! See more: tinyurl.com/p56x4rmk

The SSFS Speech Team competed on Feb. 8 & 9 at the prestigious University of Pennsylvania Liberty Bell Classic Speech & Debate Invitational. 5 students made it all the way to the Quarter and Semifinal rounds and had rankings high enough to qualify for the Tournament of Champions!
