(7 tarsal, 5metatarsal,14phalanges)

Anatomically foot divided into: Forefoot(metatarsals&phalanges),
Midfoot(cuboid,navicular,cuneiforms)
Hindfoot(calcaneus,talus)

3 SCALENE MUSCLES on each side of the neck,spanning between transverse processes of C-spine & upper 2 ribs. Their functions:
Flexion,lateral flexion,rotation of neck.
They're also accessory muscles of respiration, elevating ribs during forced inspiration. anatomy.app
