My upcoming monograph, "Romance Fandom in 21st-Century Pakistan," has received lovely reviews from amazing romance scholars Jodi McAlister, Dr Amy Burge and Profromance, Ph.D. ❤️ The reviews are now posted on the Bloomsbury website. #Romance #Fanstudies #fandoms #RomanceReaders #mybook

Such a fun experience presenting at the Romancing Academia symposium arranged by Flinders University, as part of the RWAus conference. Presented on Saman Shad (Saman Shad)'s beautiful novel The Matchmaker and the ways in which we read, discuss, and access tropes.

Congratulations Dr. Javaria Farooqui, this is SUCH an important addition of romance studies!
