Five MPs have made more than £2m outside parliament since the general election. Is politics just a side hustle?

Today marks the eighth anniversary of the Grenfell Tower fire. We will always remember the 72 lives lost. In September 2024, the Grenfell Tower Inquiry concluded that Grenfell was the result of decades of deregulation, privatisation, and the prioritisation of profit over safety.

Despite these conclusions, no one has been held responsible, and no charges have been made. It is a disgrace that the community are still having to fight for justice for the people they lost that night.

Utilising one of my less publicised skills today....PC building. I love getting my hands inside the inner workings of a PC. Today I'm giving my husband's PC some much needed care and attention.

Ballot papers have landed. I'm voting for Adam Taylor as he IS the only choice in this election. He has ALL the skills needed. He has stood side by side with me against corruption at all levels in Northants. I cannot recommend him enough. I do not have enough space to say it all!

Closing stations & cutting fire appliance numbers will always result in an increase in risk to public safety. Reducing numbers is not the answer... The fire service needs more investment not less.... #cutscostlives
