New SqueakJS release 1.1 lets you save Etoys projects (finally!) 🎉 If you're curious about how Squeak use the Garbage Collector to find "image segments" in Squeak, this is the code: github.com/codefrau/Squea… Also fixes Scratch project saving and has other minor improvements.

CodeParadise is a fascinating project using a tiny (~300kb) bootstrapped The Pharo Project image that is executed in a web page using a headless build of the SqueakJS virtual machine. It directly interacts with the DOM using a custom VM plugin. Check it out: github.com/ErikOnBike
