Going back to work after a break involves a few days of waiting to get back into the swing of things. Then eventually you remember you were never in the swing of things even before the break. There is no swing of things. The things remain unswinged.

So yknow i was aiming not be be injured… yhea thats failed already😅 on a lovely bunch of meds + a strict list of “can do & cant do” rules from the Drs till they can get me scanned or figure out the issue 🙈🤦🏼‍♀️
