We are constantly telling our players to play lower! Here’s one of our fav finishing drills from Coach ⁦Anjalé Barrett⁩ w a 10lb heavy ball to make them sink their hips. You can mix up single or double move with lane line or paint finish! Keep your 👀up! #NEST

This is a small drill that works on passing. Using/reading pin downs & flares, and 1 v1 FC. Our attention to detail needs work. Timing on passes, hesitating at the point of screens & using leads dribbles to name a few. 😀But hopefully it spurs on ideas. #GrowOurGame #watchusgrow
