The weather where I am today is absolutely wild! Not seen anything like this wind for as long as I can remember. Genuinely feels dangerous just being outside 😬

So hard choosing the right layers for running at this time of year. It’s either freeze for the first 2k or boil for the last 2k 😭

Filming was tough today. Felt really brain foggy and couldn't get in a flow but I've got tomorrow's video done now. More coming later in the week too...

Had no idea I'd racked up that many KMs this year. I've really enjoyed running and will be continuing next year for sure!
