Another half term done and dusted with a swift AGM and more Alleluias (Cohen, Morley & Purcell) last night. Lovely to still be welcoming new members. No rehearsal next Monday; we’re back on Monday 3 June 2024 at 7:15pm in Christ Church SPk

Back to rehearsals last night after a half term break, working on Alleluias by Morley and Thompson. First time for a while that the choir has sung in six parts!

Excellent work at last night’s rehearsal: Purcell, Morley, Thompson and Mozart pieces running through nicely, so now we can start to polish these performances and next learn Eric Whitacre’s ‘Alleluia’ during the last two rehearsal of this term. youtu.be/Rak_rJLG49k?fe…
