In week 1 of training, Jenise ran a 5k PR at the Trap Run! Her official time was 26:56 & her teammate Audrey had the pleasure of celebrating with her at the finish. Jenise is a fan favorite around town & we are pumped to help her chase new goals this fall & beyond!

We had the best time cheering on Frances, Sienna, Kailyn, Riley, & Savannah at the Forest Park Cross Country Festival! They all competed so fiercely & should be proud of their efforts on a warm morning. Congrats, ladies! #spewaktraining
