Goofy derg bench presses

A project I’ve been enjoying this year is getting my bench, deadlift, and squat up to 200 lbs, and be able to do 4 sets of 10 I’ve started with bench press since I think that one will be the hardest. So far I’ve gone from 125 lbs to 165 lbs. the others are holding at 145 lbs

Apparently I’m strong enough now to do one leg squats. I just tried it the other night and was actually kinda surprised

Now up to : Bench press - 175 lbs Squat - 165 lbs Deadlift - 165 lbs Squats and deadlifts seem to be progressing pretty easy without much focus, but moving up on bench is taking longer and longer each time
