@ #Zalman’s Hot Dogs. You would be hard pressed to find so much singular effort going into the making of a #hotdog. Of all the versions on the menu, I ordered the Chicago Dog twice.

#ClassAct is a new #tastingmenu only restaurant on Damen just north of North Ave in #Chicago. The indescript entrance makes way to a beautiful large custom-built single dining room table that becomes the canvas for a tapestry of culinary creations familiar to Chef’s early years.
