Great coaching session with Sarah Johnson she is an OD legend. I have a plan, my aim is to believe in myself and feel I am making a difference.

🧵 We celebrated a double-first with two patients going home the same day after knee replacement operations at 2 of our hospitals. Karen & Chris were both back home within 12 hours of surgery marking the first time we've provided total joint replacements as Day Case procedures.

Midland Metropolitan University Hospital is finally happening. This is fabulous news for our communities and staff. It will reduce health inequalities across our communities. Well done to all the teams working so hard to make this happen 👏
