A good day in sunny Exeter, talking as part of the ‘Just made it in the media’ panel for the Student Publication Association National Conference #SPANC25

What a fantastic weekend down in Exeter for #SPANC25. It was an absolute privilege to work alongside the most wonderful and talented team to put on a conference for 200+ student journalists.

So proud to have been a part of #SPANC25 over the weekend - Student Publication Association brought over 200 student journalists together in Exeter for a packed conference! Very grateful to host a talk with BBC journalist Flora Carmichael to discuss online safety and tackling disinformation.

Still can't quite believe The Boar was highly commended for Best Publication at the Student Publication Association awards last weekend. Proud to have been highly commended for the Billy Dowling-Reid Award for Outstanding Commitment too. I promise I've not watched this back 100 times (yet!)
