Second league game this weekend. This time another local journey as we face neighbours The View FC at Nevill Recreation Playing Fields. Always a close encounter when we meet, but with already a strong selection to choose from, already looking forward to the weekend! #Wickers 🔴⚫️

🚨 NEXT UP! With the weather looking a bit promising this weekend. We’re hopefully, looking forward to hosting for the first time, Maresfield, in our first encounter in the league. With both teams having winning both opening games, we know we’ve got to be up to the task!

A strong dominant performance saw us overcome Maresfield in the league with a 7-0 victory. From the first whistle the creativity and chances created were magical. Two games in, 9 goals scored and 1 conceded. A very bright start to our season. POTM Liam Hurley #Wickers 🔴⚫️

Another short journey to Hassocks this afternoon, to face a very strong Keymer and Hassocks side. A game of two halves. Two quick concessive goals in the first half, following a very strong defensive uphill second half performance was enough to see three points and still top!

It’s Cup action time this weekend, hosting Maresfield Village. With a full squad available we are looking to progress and start our cup run. We know it won’t be an easy game so we’ve got to be up for it from the start. Looking forward to this one! #Wickers 🔴⚫️🔴⚫️

Saturday, we hosted Maresfield in the Parsons Cup featuring Storm Amy. Windy conditions stopped a perfect final third. However, after taking a while to settle into the game, we took full control and created some great chances to progress to the next round! #Wickers 🔴⚫️🔴⚫️

Back to league this weekend, as we host The View FC. Plenty of great encounters with our fixtures, so we know this won’t be an easy game. Come down and support the team, it’ll be a great fixture! #Wickers 🔴⚫️🔴⚫️

Another league fixture this weekend, home again, this time hosting Welcroft Park Rangers FC II’s. Big squad available again, looking forward to this one! Can we continue our run in the league 🐝.. #Wickers 🔴⚫️🔴⚫️

Cup action this weekend at Southwick Recreation Ground, where we look to hosting Pevensey and Westham from East Sussex Football League. Looking at their good start to their league campaign we know this will be a challenging fixture but the lads are up for it! #Wickers 🔴⚫️🔴

We focus back to the league this weekend. After a positive cup game Saturday, the team look to carry on this run and keep climbing the league table. This won’t be an easy fixture as we know Ditchling set up very well! Let’s hope the weather will be kind to us for the weekend!
