There is an issue with the TVDB API at the moment. The iTunes API is working fine. You can switch this in iVI’s preferences.

We’ve released a new version of iVI Pro which reintroduces the old version 1 of the TVDB API and fixes the current TV lookup issues.

We’ve released a new version of iVI to the App Store reintroducing the older v1 TVDB API which is working much better than the newer v2.

Looks like tvdb is offline right now. Please use iTunes as a source (meta-data tab of iVI’s preferences) and we’ll notify when its back.

TVDB is fully functional again.
