Classes are starting this week for many schools in our service territory. South Plains Electric Co-op wishes all teachers and students a great and safe school year!

The last few outages for members were due to transmission power being dropped. We explain that these other power companies must fix the transmission issues, not us because we are only a distribution cooperative. Watch this quick video to help understand!
