If we see an issue in the city centre around broken street furniture, littering, or lighting, we report this through the MySouthend app. If no action is taken, we follow this up with Southend-on-Sea City Council to push for a resolution to ensure Southend is clean, safe, and cared for.

Our Street Ranger team provides both direct and indirect benefits to our BID members. Their presence and actions help create a safer and more welcoming city centre - enhancing the experience for residents and visitors, supporting the success of all our Southend businesses.
