1. Anyone who has already collapsed Stormont can't complain if others follow. 2. Anyone who breached Covid rules can't preach about the pandemic.

Bearing in mind that Colum Eastwood has just been outmanoeuvred by a “pound shop lawyer” it stands to reason to refer to him now as a “50p fool’’. Having a temper tantrum because another person wishes to express an opposite opinion is so typically SDLP.

4 protestors who tore down #edwardcolston statue have been cleared by a jury of criminal damage. Astonishing, It gives green light to more wanton vandalism. Will Churchill's statue be next?

If there is one thing that will motivate the PUL community and bring us together it is being lectured to by a political leader who justified a campaign of violence that left thousands in our community dead and injured.

Shocking: Alliance taking a swipe at Bloody Friday commemoration. While Alley gates have their place was it necessary to belittle the 50th anniversary of one of the biggest mass murders in Belfast? Imagine him tweeting about Bloody Sunday in the same manner. Of course he wouldn't

They talk about sham fights but the grief of our community is just collateral damage to sham politicians who are only interested in riling us up to score cheap points. Well they can keep denigrating us, they can say what they want. We are going nowhere.

When anyone else writes divisive tweets they are sectarian bigots. When the Alliance Party writes divisive tweets they are “clumsily worded”. I think you get the picture. #DemandBetter

We are deeply saddened to hear of the death of Christopher Stalford MLA and express our sympathies to his family and wider family circle. Christopher was a hard working and enthusiastic MLA who was always ready to assist or offer advice.

Attending contentious ‘parade’ in Kilkeel. Parades Commission restrictions apply. Thankfully no return parade tonight. This band had announced their retirement but sadly it was short lived.

P&O Ferries sacks 800 workers but crew refuse to leave ships bbc.co.uk/news/business-… Completely unacceptable and P&O (a sordid shambles of a company) should be investigated. This cannot be right.

Colin Harvey is truly sui generis in his field.A man who carefully selects what subject is worthy of his ‘human rights’ based diatribes, whilst gleefully ignoring the failings of his fellow travellers. And with a straight face to boot. A quite marvellous achievement.

Noticeably those who are most vocal about Loyalists in the media said nothing when Jude Collins was on the radio ranting about the Boys’ Brigade. I believe he compared them to dissident Republicans…🙄

Memo to the UUP election strategy team (who are no doubt emptying their desks as we speak); who decided that diluting/eradicating some core unionist policies to go after the ‘soft’ liberal Alliance Party vote was a good idea? Seriously, who decided that was the way forward?

Richard Garland (@richardtgarland) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Calling someone a Planter when they have lived here all their life is no different to calling someone an immigrant who has lived here all their life. The racist and sectarian connotations are plain to see for anyone who hasn’t intentionally glued their eyes shut.

And people tell us there isn’t a problem with anti-British bigotry on this island. This isn’t good enough. The fact that it is even tolerated by a national newspaper speaks volumes.
