Negative results are just as worthy of being published as positive results because they inform other researchers. Publishing negative results also reduces the pressure on researchers to find “good” results, which reduces the chances of data manipulation. #PhDVoice PostdocVoice

Got to present my research and watch one of the student I mentor present her first poster at a research conference! The beautiful Christmas markets in Vienna are just a bonus.
