Do people really act butthurt if you don't need to grind a 3D model in a video game for 10 years? This mentality is part of the reason why WoW has become irrelevant in the past years. Wasting everyone's time for decades is no good gaming experience, it's bad game design.

Just a reminder, both Expedition 33 and Death Stranding 2 released this year. Both have hours of cutscenes as well, performance captured even. By much smaller teams with smaller budgets. This is a "Game Freak keeps getting away with Pokémon" situation. Blizzard has no excuse.
