A small experiment to make healthier Aloo paranthas! Roasted 1/2 cup of onions in oil along with some green chillies and dhania patta, mixed 1/2 cup of sattu flour and 1/2 cup of mashed potato to it. Made paranthas n ate in North Karnataka style with curd n Shenga(peanut) podi😎
