We all think about death but rarely do we comprehend that it could happen to us in the next moment and in that lies a mercy from Allah that we take for granted. He spares us the paralyzing awareness of our own mortality so we could live rather than be frozen by the fear of it.

Battling with mental health issues is something that I won’t wish for anyone including my enemy. May Allah ﷻ make it easier for everyone out there and ease their path out of it. Even if what you’re trying to communicate is right, sometimes the wordings and tone matters.
