When the people u love and deeply care about are struggling or are in pain, it's almost impossible to not feel affected. Sometimes it feels like holding contrasting feelings together. The good thing is that when ur loved ones feel better, u instantly feel a lot of that too. โค๏ธ

When frustrated/ angry, people often say things they don't always mean, only to regret them later. Being able to express anger or frustration in ways that gets others to empathise with them instead of getting angry with them is a skill. When grown ups struggle can we blame kids?

Moments of frustration and discouragement are human.. What's important is how we handle those moments... Handled wrong they put emotional distance in relationships.. Handled right they bring us emotionally closer... Applies to kids.. Applies to grown ups..

Feeling valued and appreciated, being able to get the results of one's efforts, are all elements that help us sleep better and feel our best.. Be it kids or be it grown ups..โค๏ธ

Feeling like one cannot control the outcome leads to a sense of helplessness and anxiety. But feeling like one can change the outcome favourably leads to motivation and determination. #RandomObservations
