Listening to the One Battle After Another soundtrack before I've seen the film. I never normally do that, but it's from Johnny Greenwood so I've made exception. Haven't regretted it so far - another complex, mournful, stark and testing collection of compositions.

Such is the crazy right-wing bias in our biggest newspapers, The Sun, Telegraph and Daily Mail all lead with Farage's RESPONSE to Starmer's speech rather than any analysis of the PM's content (good or bad). Just tells you where we are.

What a terrible year for losing superbly talented people Now Diane Keaton. Very sad about this - she always radiated something welcoming, playful and warm, but also self-depricating and vulnerable. Just great in everything she did.
