Department of Biotechnology RCB is charging its scholars 13.65 rupees per unit i.e. commercial rate. Is this fair to charge commercial rate electricity charges to students ? We are already paying our HRA that too for a sharing room. This is my electricity bill for July, per person.

Another example of unreasonable electricity bill. For a small room we have to pay 11340 rs for one month. It should be domestic rates as per the Haryana Government.RCB @dbtIndia

We are excited to host our alumnus Dr. Bhargab Kalita on 25 July for a research talk. He will be talking about the therapeutic challenges of high-risk #rhabdomyosarcoma. Dr Kalita did his post-doctoral research in Prof Sam Mathew's lab & is currently working at NYU School of Med.
