Yesterday this overflowing trash can was closed as “there is no city can located here”. Today it was reported again and closed in 2 minutes just saying “Case Resolved”. 🤔

“Case is Invalid. >>>> FIRE HYDRANTS INSIDE GGP ARE MAINTAINED BY REC/PARK. RESUBMIT REQUEST TO REC/PARK.” A perfect example of another part of my roadmap - geofenced based routing. Because why should you need to know this amount of insider city knowledge to report an issue?

The Solve SF app is one of the best AI powered apps I’ve used so far. Take a picture, AI files a 311 report instantly inferring all the report details for you!

Implemented this today and it is now live. So certain requests reported in parks will now go to Rec and Park department.

525 Valencia St is a popular tagging spot. It looks like a new business is opening in it soon. I saw someone painting over the graffiti last week and a few days later it was all back.
