The DAO has the power to decide further actions should marginfi continue to operate in bad faith. If marginfi clarifies the situation and guarantees good faith actions going foward, their emissions may be reinstated with closer monitoring.

SolBlaze asks that marginfi distribute all remaining emissions allocation to users or return it to SolBlaze emissions allocator address. Any other actions, including but not limited to holding onto this BLZE or dumping it, will be in extreme violation of emissions guidelines.

SolBlaze communicated suggestions on how marginfi could more gradually exit their BLZE position without significantly impacting the market but they were never implemented and marginfi has continued dumping millions of BLZE per day under the excuse of 'treasury management'

marginfi has also participated in further bad faith actions, including dumping almost all of their airdrop allocation of hundreds of millions of BLZE over the past few weeks. This airdrop allocation was supposed to be mainly for protocols to participate in governance/gauges.

They may claim that recent congestion is the cause for emissions refill delays. However, this delay in refills extends 3 weeks, longer than the recent congestion. Additionally if they were having such issues they should have contacted SolBlaze instead of pocketing the emissions.

SolBlaze reached out to marginfi regarding lack of emissions refills and confirmed read receipt from team member macbrennan (hiring) ◼️ but has not received a response. marginfi has not communicated any information with SolBlaze over the past few weeks (emissions refill delays or otherwise).

BLZE emissions allocations are explicitly for distributing to users and are meant to be loaded into the relevant rewards distribution system for each DeFi protocol soon after receiving the weekly emission (as every other integrated DeFi protocol does currently).

For the past three cycles of emissions (three weeks), marginfi has failed to load up the allocated BLZE emissions into their rewards system for users to claim, and the BLZE sent from emissions allocations just sits in their team's multisig.

Effective immediately we are suspending BLZE emissions allocations for bSOL and BLZE deposited on marginfi ◼️. They have acted in bad faith and have violated SolBlaze emissions guidelines by not distributing emissions allocations to users.
