I decided to take a stab at this. Here are my *very* subjective rankings of the Top 10 Boys' and Girls' basketball players in the 4th Region. I take into consideration stats, eye-test/talent, and team success. These rankings aren't final, so send any gripes my way if you want.

I didn’t use to see it this way but I’m convinced now that Energy is a Talent. Bringing real energy everyday is a real separator. Talent without real energy is a potential waste of ones talent.
