Legs supply most of the power in softball pitching, yet so few girls load and use their legs properly. The top 1/2 of the body should be used to load the btm 1/2 to get maximum thrust from the rubber. Yet, way too many are missing out on that, and losing speed as a result.

Since Twitter’s minimum age for users is 13, maybe hold off on creating a profile for your athlete until at least then. If as a parent you are interested in all the recruiting stuff, just lurk and watch those ahead of your kid.
