During our HTH GSE staff retreat today, we spent the afternoon engaging in cross-sector learning on lean improvement processes from one of my favorite businesses: COSTCO! Excited to bring back my takeaways to our improvement work in education.

The CARPE College Access Network HTH GSE had a blast facilitating a continuous improvement session on root cause analysis National College Attainment Network (NCAN). Participants had substantive conversations about leading causes of equity gaps in college access/success. #NCAN2024
